- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and bring to a simmer.
- Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta, bacon, salt, and pepper to the sauce, mixing well.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to mix in vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
