Description

A creamy and indulgent pasta dish that combines the flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger with rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked pasta, bacon, salt, and pepper to the sauce, mixing well.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
