  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and mix well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or vermicelli noodles.
