Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cooked rice
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
