Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, onion, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
