Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the sliced Kielbasa over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
