Ingredients
Scale
- 2 sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, rosemary, and balsamic vinegar.
- Rub the marinade all over the sirloin steaks and let them sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer a different doneness.
- Remove the steaks from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steaks overnight.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness: 130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium.
- Letting the steaks rest allows the juices to redistribute.
