Description
Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels are a delicious and easy appetizer made with cream cheese, jalapenos, and tortillas, rolled up and sliced for a fun twist on traditional jalapeno poppers.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos, fresh or pickled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into a log.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, slice the rolls into 1-inch pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use fresh jalapenos instead of pickled.
- You can add bacon bits for extra flavor.
- These can be made a day in advance and kept wrapped in the refrigerator.
