A delicious and spicy chicken dish that combines the sweetness of peaches with the heat of jalapenos.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped peaches (fresh or canned)
- 2 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped peaches, jalapenos, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the peach mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- For a milder dish, remove the seeds from the jalapenos.
- This recipe can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
