Description

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup diced salami
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1/2 cup diced provolone cheese
1/4 cup diced black olives
1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pine nuts (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Crackers or sliced baguette for serving


Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Italian dressing until smooth.
Add the diced salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, black olives, roasted red peppers, parsley, and nuts (if using) to the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Once chilled, remove the log from the plastic wrap and place it on a serving platter.
Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
