Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.

- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar for the filling.
- Scoop dough onto a floured surface and flatten slightly, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rounds.
- Place the cookie rounds on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled cookies.
