Indulge in Toffee Caramel No-Bake Cheesecake Delight!

A decadent, creamy no-bake cheesecake infused with toffee caramel flavors.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g melted butter
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 300ml double cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g toffee sauce
  • 100g caramel candies
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
  2. Press this mixture into the base of a springform pan and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and icing sugar.
  4. Whip the double cream to soft peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract and half of the toffee sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base, then chill for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with the remaining toffee sauce, sprinkle with sea salt and decorate with caramel candies.

Notes

  • Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before beginning.
  • Replace digestive biscuits with graham crackers if preferred.
