Description

This Hot Ranch Sausage Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and spicy appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game days, or any gathering. It’s easy to make and sure to be a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

1 pound ground sausage
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Add the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, and jalapeños (if using) to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
