Description

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1/2 pound sliced salami
  • 1/2 pound sliced ham
  • 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and Italian seasoning together.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally.
  4. Spread the mayo mixture on the inside of each roll.
  5. Layer salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese, banana peppers, and onions on the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Wrap the sliders in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice and serve warm.

  • Feel free to customize the meats and cheeses based on your preference.
  • For extra flavor, consider adding some Italian dressing to the mayo mixture.
