Delicious and hearty hot Italian sub sliders packed with meats, cheese, and flavorful seasonings, perfect for parties or a casual dinner.

- 12 slider rolls
- 1/2 pound sliced salami
- 1/2 pound sliced ham
- 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and Italian seasoning together.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally.
- Spread the mayo mixture on the inside of each roll.
- Layer salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese, banana peppers, and onions on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Wrap the sliders in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Remove from the oven, slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the meats and cheeses based on your preference.
- For extra flavor, consider adding some Italian dressing to the mayo mixture.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
