- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the peach preserves, honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and toss in any remaining glaze before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Adjust the level of hot sauce based on your heat preference.
