- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey garlic sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the honey garlic sauce before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the turkey is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
