Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn kernels and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the honey, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the corn is tender and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley if using.
- Serve warm as a side dish.

- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
