- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (optional)

- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares, about 4×4 inches each.
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
