A protein-packed tuna pasta salad for a satisfying meal
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/4 cup olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente
- Chop tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives
- Drain tuna and flake it
- Mix all veggies, tuna, and pasta in a bowl
- Add feta, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Toss well to combine
- Chill in the fridge for 30 mins

- You can add fresh herbs like parsley or basil for more flavor
