A protein-packed tuna pasta salad for a satisfying meal


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente
  2. Chop tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives
  3. Drain tuna and flake it
  4. Mix all veggies, tuna, and pasta in a bowl
  5. Add feta, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  6. Toss well to combine
  7. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins
