- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- First, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Next, add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Then, pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- After that, add the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finally, let the dish simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.

- You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
- For a spicy kick, sprinkle red pepper flakes before serving.
