- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, honey, almond milk, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before enjoying!
