- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Next, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time just until blended.
- Then, pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Now, drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle half of the pecans.
- Repeat layers and bake for 30 minutes.
- Finally, cool, refrigerate for 4 hours, and drizzle with more caramel before serving.
Notes
- You can use store-bought caramel sauce or make your own for a more personalized touch.
- For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before serving.
