- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat if necessary, then add the chopped cabbage.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with black pepper and salt.
- Cook until the cabbage is wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
