- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and protein powder.
- Add the cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
