- Coconut flakes (for coating)
Instructions
- First, blend blueberries until smooth.
- Next, mix oats, cream cheese, honey, almond flour, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Then, add the blueberry puree to the mixture and combine well.
- Meanwhile, shape the mixture into balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
- Finally, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can swap blueberries with other berries for different flavors.
- For a firmer texture, add more almond flour or oats.
