Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon zest (from about 2 lemons)
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup diced kiwis
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup whipped cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Add lemon zest and mix well.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries, kiwis, and mini marshmallows.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
Carefully combine the fruit mixture with the cream cheese mixture.
