- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, barbecue sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and place a portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture in the center of each piece.
