- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.

- Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl and mix until well coated.
- Stir in the celery, red bell pepper, green onions, and sweet pickle relish.
- Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
