  • 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are softened.
  5. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  6. In a large bowl, mix the uncooked egg noodles and sour cream until well combined.
  7. Pour the beef mixture into the bowl with the noodles and stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  8. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  9. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
