- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt.
- Add the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
- Blend until smooth using a hand mixer or food processor.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional olive oil and oregano if desired.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or as a spread on sandwiches.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- This dip can be made a day in advance; store in the refrigerator.
