Grinder Feta Dip


Description

A creamy and tangy feta dip that’s perfect for spreading on sandwiches or serving with vegetables and crackers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
  3. Blend until smooth using a hand mixer or food processor.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional olive oil and oregano if desired.
  6. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or as a spread on sandwiches.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • This dip can be made a day in advance; store in the refrigerator.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding more yogurt or olive oil if needed.
