4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Juice of 1 lemon

Orange border


Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Place grilled salmon fillets on a white plate with an orange border.
Pour spinach sauce over the salmon fillets.
Serve hot and enjoy!
