Instructions

  4. Remove the nectarines from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. In a large serving bowl, combine the arugula, grilled nectarines, and prosciutto.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Gently toss to combine.
  8. Top with burrata cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
