Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup crumbled Cotija cheese

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, lime juice, and salt.
