Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to make the creamy garlic sauce.
  6. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Assemble the bowls by placing broccoli and sliced chicken in a bowl, then drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.
