A delicious and cheesy twist on a classic burrito, combining melted cheese and savory fillings wrapped in a warm tortilla.

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, sour cream, and salsa.
- Place one tortilla on the skillet and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Spread the beef mixture on top of the cheese.
- Top with additional cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
- Butter the top tortilla lightly.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip.
- Butter the other side and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then cut in half and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add other fillings such as beans or vegetables.
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Make sure the skillet is not too hot to prevent burning the tortillas.
