- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef (or vegetarian substitute)
- 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Cooking spray or butter for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
- In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, cooked rice, and diced tomatoes.
- Place one tortilla on a clean surface and spread the cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly to enclose the filling.
- Repeat with the second tortilla and the remaining filling.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in the hot skillet.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the ground beef and add extra veggies.
