- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup bacon jam
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading bacon jam on the bottom bun, adding the cheeseburger patty, and topping with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
