Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
In a separate bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces into the cookie dough.
Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Make a small indent in the center of each cookie and fill with a dollop of the peanut butter cream cheese mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
