Deliciously cheesy biscuit bombs filled with gooey mozzarella, perfect for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the milk until just combined.
- Fold in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving to enjoy the gooey inside.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes to the dough.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Best eaten fresh out of the oven.
