1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cups broccoli florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add broccoli florets, lemon juice, and chicken broth.
Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
Return shrimp to the skillet, toss to combine with broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
