1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender.
Return the shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice, and toss everything together.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
