Description

Delicious mini chicken meatloaves with a garlic parmesan flavor


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Extra Parmesan for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into mini meatloaves and place on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Top each meatloaf with marinara sauce and extra Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Notes

  • Ground turkey can be substituted for ground chicken.
  • For a spicier version, add some chili flakes to the mixture.
