Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the filled biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced onions or jalapeños to the meat mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
