Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the filled biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
