Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or over a bed of rice.
