  • 8 oz noodles (preferably spaghetti or udon)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the steak and sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
