Description

Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles combine tender steak slices with flavorful garlic butter sauce and rice noodles for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

1 lb steak, sliced thinly
8 oz rice noodles
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

In a bowl, marinate the sliced steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the marinated steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the steak and garlic butter sauce.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve the Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
