Description
A delicious dish of tender steak bites sautéed in garlic butter, served with creamy parmesan pasta for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine or your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Sear until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Add the steak bites back into the skillet with the pasta and sauce. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the steak while cooking.
- Can substitute steak with chicken or shrimp if desired.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
