Juicy steak bites and crispy potatoes in garlic butter
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- First, season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Next, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tbsp of butter.
- Then, sear the steak until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until just tender, then drain.
- Next, in the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Then, add potatoes and cook until crispy and golden.
- Finally, return the steak to the skillet, toss everything together, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a kick.
- For extra flavor, deglaze the pan with a splash of beef broth.
