Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the garlic and butter, stirring to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for steak based on your preferred doneness.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- For extra flavor, use garlic powder in addition to fresh garlic.
