Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  7. Add the garlic and butter, stirring to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  8. Return the potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
  9. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
