- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp plant-based protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Add flour, protein powder, baking powder, maple syrup, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Whisk until smooth batter forms.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter onto the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- Cook the other side until golden.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
Notes
- Add blueberries or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- For fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
