- 2 English muffins, split
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Split the English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each muffin half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Top with crumbled sausage, diced bell peppers, and sliced olives.
- Crack an egg on top of each muffin half, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
